Natalie Murphy founded of Brave Revolution Yoga and Wellness as an invitation to bring ease into the body. She's been a clinician in the helping field for almost two decades and is familiar with the impact of burn out. Yoga, mindfulness and breath work have been tools she's used personally to reground and cultivate resilience. She's eager to support clinicians and clients tap into tools that allow daily self-care practices to sustain well-being. She combines curiosity, thoughtful inquiry, yoga, mindfulness, and breath to support the parasympathetic nervous system. She received her degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University in 2005 and has been a registered dietitian (RD) since 2006. She has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and became a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) in 2019. Her weight inclusive approach is informed by body positivity, Health at Every Size (HAES), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She strives to create an inclusive environment safe for all bodies regardless of size, ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
