Kind Body Yoga - This class series uses gentle movement and visualization to orient, ground and resource the body to find calm and rest. Interoception, gratitude, self-compassion, and support are themes woven into this series. Offered in-person and online. Offered in one-on-one and group class format.
Mindful Movement - Focuses on non-judgmental awareness of the present moment to engage the senses and observe, describe, and participate in movement.
Fosters rest and restoration through a guided body scan and intention setting. For many, one hour of Yoga Nidra feels like four hours of REM sleep.
On-site mindfulness and yoga classes and workshops. Provide your team strategies to prevent burnout and increase longevity for healthcare and helping professionals. A one hour experiential workshop built for clinicians and practitioners to weave 1-5 minute body/mind practices into the workday.
